WILDsound FEEDBACK Film Festival
December 2007 Event

ALSO ON SITE

WILDsound Feedback Film Festivals are held every month at Toronto's National Film Board Cinema (150 John Street in the Entertainment District in downtown Toronto).

CLICK HERE and submit your Short or Feature Film to our future Monthly events.

A Monthly Toronto Film Festival! The Fastest Growing Short Film Festival in the World!

Be a part of the only festival in the world where the AUDIENCE is the main character of the night. A full Q&A session centers this event after the films are screened, lead by our Guest Industry Moderator. This is the viewers chance to state their opinions on what they felt about the movie and for the filmmaker to get feedback on their work.

This Month's MODERATOR is Writer/Producer JOHN MAY, 3 time Writer's Guild Award Winner.

Here's the line-up for Tuesday, 18 December 2007. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.

FIRST HALF PROGRAM

LITTLE CLAUS & BIG CLAUS
UK, 22min, Live Action/Animation
directed by Ross Birkbeck

Narrated by Stephen Fry, with Hans Christian Anderson inspired animated sequences, this is an innovative reworking of the fairytale. Big Claus kills Little Claus’s horse when Little Claus proclaims all the horses are his.

DRAWN WITH LINES
US, 3min Animation
directed by Sam Molleur

A hand drawn character questions his existence within the world he lives; a piece of paper. He eventually discovers the possibility of creating his own reality - and with it, his own romance.

NATIVE NEW YORKER
US, 13min Documentary
directed by Steve Bilich

Shaman Trail Scout 'Coyote' takes a journey which transcends time; from Inwood Park (where the island was traded for beads & booze), down a native trail (now 'Broadway'), into lower Manhattan (sacred burial ground, now including the newest natives of this island empire).

THEIR CIRCUMSTANCES
US, 11min Animation
directed by Ji Hyun Ahn

This interactive flash animation tells a story in pieces, recounting one day's events from various points of view, adding layers and characters to the intriguing story until the final shot, where everything is finally made clear

BUY TICKETS IN ADVANCE

Unlike other film festivals, the central idea of WILDsound Feedback Film Festivals is to give audience members a chance to share their comments and criticisms with the filmmakers in a moderated forum right after the screening, and to let filmmakers respond. BUT IT'S YOU THE AUDIENCE WHO ARE THE MAIN CHARACTERS OF THIS EVENT.

Buy $10 advance tickets for the next screening by clicking the Paypal button below.

SECOND HALF PROGRAM

WHAT A CATCH - REFLECTIONS
CAN, 22min TV PILOT
directed by Kathryn Maroun

A show that has transformed the genre of fishing shows in North America with its artistic approach that captures what it feels like to be on a fishing trip. They are deep in the heart of South Africa on an adventure of a lifetime.

LITTLE GUYS
US, 3min Lego Animation
directed by David Pagano

A parody/homage to the toy commercials many remember watching growing up during the late 80's/early 90's.

THE ASSAULT
CAN, 2min Drama
directed by Ada Vaughan

A woman fights to secure her home.

BUZZED
