Virginia De Witt currently lives in Toronto, Canada, where she was born. She is a graduate of the University of Toronto with a degree in history.
My love of movies, particularly classic ones, comes first from my mom, with whom I used to watch a lot of these great films as a kid. At U of T, I took a course in film as an elective, thinking it would be an easy credit. It was one of the most demanding and interesting courses I took, and expanded my awareness of silent film immensely.
I have recently finished my first novel, which, as of this writing remains unpublished, but I have hope. It's called The Golden Bowl and is a fantasy aimed at young adults, 13 to 19 years.
