Tod Watson hates being a geek, so he answers a mail-order ad which promises he can become a hero. When the package arrives, Tod begins his new life as the crime-fighting Ratman! However, after a few embarrassing blunders, Tod soon realizes that the life of a super-hero may be too much for a 12-year-old.
