Stefan Leverton is a Media Production graduate of Lincoln University, England. His noted achievements here were winning ‘Best Factual’ at the Royal Television Society Student Midlands awards, for the documentary ‘On The Edge’, which he produced. His dissertation was ‘socio-cultural translations of J-horror into American remakes’. The nature of the piece continues to dominate his writing, most of his movie reviews are world cinema based.
After graduating he formed a freelance partnership, Point Five Media (www.pointfivemedia.co.uk), who created video productions mainly on a corporate basis including promotional, demonstration, conferences, live events and more documentary work. Latest Documentary ‘Edward King: Pastor, Teacher Bishop’ is due out soon.
He hopes to carve out a career in broadcasting but is able to write as well. He now lives near London freelancing as a cameraman and watches as many films as is humanly possible.
