Sebastian MarczewskiSearch WILDsound  Born in Gdynia, Poland and predominately educated in London, England. Sebastian moved to Sheffield, Northern England where he attained a B.A. (Hons) degree in Film and Media Production at the Northern Media School. He has written numerous essays on a plethora of films and media related subjects, in addition to studying film theorists. His background is in film making and working at film festivals. Over the years he has written and directed a number of low budget short films and music videos as well as continuing to work as a freelance filmmaker in the British Film industry. “Cinema is my inspiration. A substantial part of my knowledge derives from watching films and then researching a particular theme from the film that has intrigued me. My mind has always been rather critical however, I can discern the value of a work within its context i.e. a Hollywood generic blockbuster has a particular aim and if it hits that mark, it is successful in my eyes.”
