The WILDsound Screenplay Festival's February 2008 Reading will be held on Friday, February 22nd at the National Film Board Cinema, 150 John Street, in the Entertainment District in downtown Toronto. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Event starts at 7:00pm SHARP We will be reading the first acts of the three winning scripts, and the audience will vote on which script they want to hear in its entirety at our March event. MODERATED BY: RON LEACH OF THE FEATURE SCREENPLAY EVENT: SLOW LANE An ambitious woman is forced off the fast track to take a twenty-one day road trip, where she makes some surprising life-altering connections. CAST LIST COLLEEN O'NEIL - Holly Makarchuk HOME A minister and his wife move to New York to save their struggling marriage following the death of their daughter. Jones THE SWIMMER MANUSCRIPT A young, untested conjurer named Swimmer faces the evil forces of the Widderman and a cadre of demon witches, as Swimmer seeks to avenge the death of his father and learns to utilize the powers he has inherited.
