Rune Ness recently moved back to Norway after studying and working in London for eight years. Educated at the elementary level in his home town, Lillehammer, later in Oslo, The London Film School and at the University of Westminster in the fields of art and techniques of filmmaking and photography. At present time he is working as director, screenwriter, cinematographer and stills photographer. Recently founded the production company 'BluesProduction' with his wife and aspires to work towards building more international connections between film industry professionals for the benefits of international co-productions. BluesProduction is currently developing the first feature film with planned production both in Norway and Hungary. When he relaxes there is always a DVD ready to go in the player. He prefers the genres of thriller, horror and drama. Recently he enjoys looking back at the old classics such as Columbo, Streets of San Francisco, Quincy, Alfred Hitchcock Presents, A-Team, Kung-Fu and MacGyver.
