Ron Leach is a casting director at Walker Leach Casting, a producer and director who began his career over thirty years ago as a talent agent with Canada's largest talent agency, The Characters Talent Agency Limited representing a stellar roster of young and established stars.

For the past sixteen years, Ron has worked as a casting director, casting the independent feature films THE HIGHWAYMAN, BLACK HEART, PALE SAINTS, MEN WITH GUNS and TC 2000, Roger Spottiswood's Emmy and Gemini award-winning docu-drama HIROSHIMA, the controversial drama GANG IN BLUE, produced and directed by Hollywood legends Melvin and Mario Van Peebles, and working with renowned casting director Clare Walker cast the feature films AMERICAN PSYCHO, LOVE AND WAR, THE THIRD MIRACLE, and the television series DA KINK IN MY HAIR, BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE, DOC, and many more. Ron teaches the much sought after courses in acting AUDITION DYNAMICS and SCENE DYNAMICS, has been a juror of the International Emmy Awards; GENIE AWARDS and GEMINI AWARDS as well as the twenty-four and forty-eight hour Film Challenge and the Toronto Film Challenge.
