Peter Lacalamita BioPeter Lacalamita - Is a freelance Digital Artist who has beenworking professionally since 1993. His illustration and animation career has caught the attention of clients around the world such as Buena Vista Home Entertainment, IBM, Scholastic Canada, Microsoft, McGraw Hill, Yoplait foods and Pepsi Co. to name a few. His education stems from three years at Canada’s Sheridan College, majoring in Editorial Illustration, a program that emphasizes traditional drawing and painting. Yet Peter has been utilizing digital tools since the early days of the micro-computer. His artworks have been exhibited at The Design Exchange, and his short films have been screened at film festivals worldwide including TOFF (2001,2002) , Seoul Net 2002, The Chicago Flash Film Festival (2002), and Cinema Paradise (2003).
