PETER HOWELLPeter Howell is the movie critic for The Toronto Star, Canada's largest daily newspaper. Howell is a member of the Broadcast Film Critics Association (BFCA). He also contributes to TheStar.com website and to TVOntario's Saturday Night at the Movies show. Prior to movies, Howell was The Star's pop music critic. He has been in The Star's Entertainment department since 1991. He was one of the first journalists in North America to begin a regular Internet column, which debuted in January, 1995, under its original title "CyberPop."
