REVIEW:

I fear the empty room. My loved ones are waiting for me there, but they won't all be there. And I'll be trapped with the pieces of a life left shattered, and all I can do is wait. I'll be waiting for their return, but they will never be coming back. And I may never leave this empty room.

Photographs hold the happiest moments of my life, and no matter how hard time tries, those moments will never fade away. And the jewelry box holds the keys to my heart, a heart that I wish I could lock away, but I still hear it beating. And the cold touch of death rests upon my shoulder, and a bullet waits to find its home. And I hide behind a facade, slipping further and further away from a life that seems like so long ago, but life goes on. And the fragments of the past fall away.

And life disappears. Fragments of the ones taken cut us deep, splitting us apart, and we hold onto the ghosts of them, never wanting to let go. But they are still gone, and justice waits to be answered. But is justice blind, and does their death close our eyes? Do we slip between the cracks, seeking revenge, or do we struggle to understand, let the truth sink in? Do we disappear, or do we take these pieces of a life left broken, shattered and put them back together again? ”

Walter runs as fast as he can, but he can't outrun her. He pushes himself hard, and the weight of the world comes crashing down. His eyes demand justice, and his heart is torn in two. And as he waits for justice to answer, he sees her. He sees the last light of day fall upon his twin sister murdered in cold blood.

But he denies grief, and vengeance keeps him hard. But his heart is still beating, and his pain falls into gentle hands also touched by death. And life slips through his barricade, dancing to love, and friendship opens his fist, but he pulls away. And he struggles with the pieces of his life left broken, but the one to save him holds the keys to his heart. And life waits to begin again, a second chance.

Our eyes are an ocean, surrounded with life, and a river of emotion flows through our heart. And the cold, senseless waves of death crash upon the shore, threatening to break it apart, and tears are the fragments spiraling downward into oblivion. And lives swim like a million goldfish, trying to carry the weight of this world.

And the waves of Drama overwhelm us as we fall deep into the life of Walter, a man struggling with the burden of death and the life that follows in its wake, and as currents pull us through his conflict do we drown in a heart and soul portrayed through the talents of Ashton Kutcher. And as the tides come in, ripping with a powerful storyline are we swept off our feet through grief and love in delicate hands and beauty through the talent of Michelle Pfeiffer, and the story pulls us into two lives intertwining, soothing open wounds, and piecing life back together again. And a beautiful tale echoes in the end, a magnificent fragment of Drama, Personal Effects.
