Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Pamela Sinha is a graduate of the National Theatre School. She got an early start in television as a series lead on the popular TVO children’s series JOIN IN, quickly followed by a ongoing role on CBC’s hit series STREET LEGAL. Pamela has also had series leads on THE NEWSROOM, TRADERS and was a recurring character for four years on ER. Guest starring roles include HUFF, CROSSING JORDAN, FAMILY LAW, BLISS, and SIDE EFFECTS. Pamela played a lead in the HBO feature LIVE FROM BAGHDAD, and has starred in television movies including SPIRIT BEAR and JINNAH ON CRIME: BLACK WIDOW and PIZZA 911. Pamela is a contributor to DROPPED THREADS, the 2nd anthology of woman’s stories, edited by Carol Shields and she can be heard on the CBC radio drama MONSOON HOUSE, which is currently airing on Radio One, Fridays at 11:30 a.m.
