Michelle Hospedales has been active in the film industry for over ten years. Before coming on board with WILDsound, she was working with new media, public relations and advertising companies throughout North America.
Falling into her first audition in the industry ten years ago in Los Angeles, she knew she was hooked. She began to study and take workshops at the Strasberg theatre in Los Angeles and New York. She has also worked with wonderful instructors and coaches at the Showcase Theatre in her home town, Toronto.
Working closely as a personal assistant with her partner of six years, she has engaged in many aspects of production of major features; five time Oscar winner ‘Chicago’ and most recently ‘Man of the Year’ with Robin Williams and ‘Take the Lead’ with Antonio Banderas. Also countless mow’s and t.v.
Michelle’s great exposure is due mainly to the open mindedness of casting agents in the U.S., which has equipped Michelle with the right tools and formula to engage with all the unseen, unspoken, untouched talented actors in Toronto who are just waiting for their door to open.
