Katarzyna KochanyKatarzyna Kochany's goal is to live in the Southwest and direct family entertainment with a kick of action. Dream project: western. Her film, THE SNOWMAN screened at over 20 festivals worldwide, winning Silver Medal for Excellence at Park City Film Music Festival. DUST BUNNIES, currently in post-production, involves CG characters with live actors; it placed as one of the top 4 animation short scripts at International Family Film Festival in California. Kochany shadowed directors on Doc; Sue Thomas, F.B.Eye and Zoe Busiek: Wild Card. Directing workshops: George Bloomfield (Toronto), Lilyan Chauvin (WIF - L.A.) Grad: York University film school, Media Workshops (L.A.), animation coursework at Sheridan College. She is proud to have ridden bareback and hopes one day to stop confusing horses.
