Karl Schiffman is a screenwriter working in both Los Angeles and Toronto who concentrates on feature films and television movies. His feature film credits include RIDDLERS MOON, DEAD END and BACK IN ACTION. Films from his original screenplays have been produced in Canada, the USA and Australia. His most recent film, ANDROID APOCALYPSE, was shot around the conveniently desecreated landscape of the potash mines of Saskatchewan and broadcast as an original Sci Fi Channel movie in June of 2006. It received pleasantly complimentary reviews:
"The characters actually grow and display more depth than I have ever found in any Sci Fi Channel movie."
"ANDROID APOCALYPSE is one of the rare breed that succedds. It's their (Sci Fi's) best effort this year, and arguably of last year too."
