Justin Ramdial Born on March 3, 1981 in Scarborough, Ontario, Ramdial has lived his entire life in his native Scarborough. In September 2000, Ramdial completed his first film, FINAL.AVI. As an emerging artist, Ramdial continues improve his filmmaking process in order to make positive and influential films with a very limited budget. Ramdial believes that the film medium will endure for many years to come and is still an excellent tool for communication messages and story telling. Ramdial believes that strong communication, improvisation, and persistence are key factors in order to create a great film with a great message.
