JOEY ERNAND
Joey Ernand is obsessed with movies. He watches at least one film nightly (usually more). He has more than 1,000 DVDs and counting. He is steeped in needless movie trivia. He has been watching/writing about/making movies all his lifeJoey is originally from Florida, where he went to film school and worked in Government Cable Access TV as a Video Development Coordinator. Since moving to LA in April of 2007, Joey has been involved in the film industry to some degree, mostly as an Intern, Runner and Script Reader. All the while, he has been aiming for something more. Joey is an avid writer. Ideas are always bubbling around in his brain. He has several essays and critiques under his belt, as well as several screenplays (both feature length and short form) registered with the Writer's Guild. Joey has written, directed, and edited several short films and skits. In early 2008, he teamed up with several of his compatriots and shot a spec TV pilot that they are currently attempting to pitch. Movies are the love of Joey’s life. Passion is too small a word for what he feels. He always tries to pour said passion into his writing.
