Jeff Teravainen Bio

Born in Oshawa, raised in small town Orono, Jeff started acting only a few years back. For many years he was an award winning recording artist singing and playing most of the instruments on his cd's. After he got the acting bug, he dove right in. Upon getting roles in films such as Hollywoodland, Land of the dead, and television shows like Mutant x, Sue Thomas, Queer as Folk and more, Jeff landed recurring roles on NBC/ Universal's Angela's Eyes playing Mobster Pat Barone and Teletoon's Sons of butcher as the voice of Tiamat.

At a very athletic 6'3, 210 lbs, he can easily play the tough guy, but has won praise as soft spoken leading man in many roles.

Voice is a mainstay for Jeff. Last year he was chosen as CBC's Voice of the Olympics for Turino. His many voices can be heard on dozens of commercials, video games such as Resident Evil and documentaries.

Jeff continues to build his experience in various TIP films, student projects and courses. He will tell you his favorite day is Monday since he found acting. You would not find a happier person on set!

Besides acting Jeff won the Jim Russell racing school scholarship and races cars and snowmobiles when possible. You can usually find him on weekends at the cottage, or digging for fossils. He is an avid Paleo fan.
