Greg Mottola: Born in New York in 1964, Mottola received his education in art. His second feature, 1996’s The Daytrippers, won several festival awards. Mottola subsequently worked mostly in television, directing for quality comedies such as Arrested Development. Greg returned to features in a big way in 2007 with the comedy hit Superbad, and continued respected work with Adventureland (’09). Mottola is currently developing a Steve Carell project.
