Duke Greenhill is an international, award-winning writer-producer. He began his career with work on indy films out of Austin, Texas, and was assistant to Academy Award-winning filmmaker, Barbara Kopple. He then continued his career in Washington, DC, writing, directing and producing television commercials and independent films, many of which won national and international awards. His feature screenplay, "Boxing Shadows," was a finalist in the Brant Rose / Script Magazine contest, and the short film, The Assastant, which Duke produced, was recently nominated for a Student Academy Award.
Currently, Mr. Greenhill is in development of a feature film to be shot in Brooklyn. Mr. Greenhill also remains a professional film journalist working on assignment for such publications as The New York Times, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, American Spectator, Reason Magazine, Filmmaker, MovieMaker, The Harvard Review and many others. Duke is an MFA from Columbia University's graduate school of film.
