My name is Drew Greco, and Iím a movie addict. (Hi, DrewÖ) For as long as I can remember, the movie theatre has been a magical place for me. Star Wars took me to another world, Rocky taught me that the underdog always has a chance and Halloween just plain scared the hell out of me.

When I was young, my mother woke me up at 3:00 AM to travel to Philadelphia to be an extra in Brian De Palmaís Blow Out. When we finally got onto the set, we found ourselves standing in a crowd, with very little chance to be seen. They performed the same stunt over and over again all day. And I loved every minute of it. Even though the curtain was being pulled back, somehow this was an even more magical experience for me. I was seeing how they made the movies I loved so much. And I wasnít even old enough to see this one when it was released. Iíve seen it since, of course, and even though I am not visible on screen, I still smile knowing that I was a small part of making that movie happen.

The magic is harder for me to find in todayís age of sequels and remakes, but I know itís still out there. The summer of Iron Man and The Dark Knight proved that. And though my tastes have changed since Iíve gotten older, I still look forward to the days when Iím sitting in a darkened theatre, waiting for the next great movie to take me away.
