I wrote a Corner Gas where Brent shows Lacey the people of Dog River aren't the most keen of listeners. But his example creates more drama than he had anticipated and now the entire town is out to get him.
2. Why did you decide to write this screenplay?
I wanted to spec a Canadian show and Corner Gas is my fav.
3. How long have you been writing screenplays?
I started earlier this year in January.
4. What is you all-time favorite film? (name only one)
Seinfeld, no contest.

Screenplays zero. But 3 specs, one of them original.

Making a good enough living in script writing that allows me to never have to set the alarm, unless it's to get up and play golf.
8. Describe your process; do you have a set routine, method for writing?
To draft: get all hyped up on caffeine, go somewhere with no distractions, write like hell without getting up (I'm considering making peeing optional as I get older).
Revisions: get all hyped up on caffeine, turn on the golf channel, take lots of breaks, reward yourself with treats especially when you suck, remember to go to bed.
9. Apart from writing, what else are you passionate about?
playing golf, watching golf, reading about golf, talking about golf, eating meals with cheese.
10. What influenced you to enter the WILDsound Script Contest?
I'd like to get an agent and thought this could potentially be a good way to get noticed.
11. Any advice or tips you’d like to pass on to other writers?
1. Write like hell and accept all criticisms. 3. Befriend your neighbours
