David Pagano started making movies and other creative-type things when he was a young boy. Unfortunately, nobody stopped him. Today, he produces work under the Paganomation™ banner, continuing the trend of strangeness he began as a kid.
Like others of his species, David is nocturnal. He can frequently be found hunched over a desk or squinting at a computer, hard at work on something or other. David’s projects generally involve animation, live action, puppetry, and combinations thereof – a process he calls “time consuming.”
A recent graduate from New York University’s animation program, David is currently working for Little Airplane Productions as an animator on the television series “Wonder Pets!” His interests include stop-motion animation, toys, point-and-click adventure games, the ‘80s, and writing about himself in the third person. David currently resides in New York.
LITTLE GUYS Film Description:
I recently found this on an old video tape at the bottom of my closet.
Just kidding. “Little Guys!™” is my parody of/homage to the toy commercials I remember seeing when I was growing up during the late '80s/early '90s.
As someone with a love for toys and an overwhelming sense of nostalgia, I decided to take LEGO® bricks – a toy that can be used to create pretty much anything – and use them to make an exciting commercial for a fake toy that does essentially nothing.
