David Fincher was born in Colorado in 1962, before the age of twenty Fincher was working for ILM (George Lucas was a neighbor); by age twenty-five he had founded his own prod co. His initial directorial realm was that of commercials and videos, (gaining particular notices for his work with Madonna.) Fincher’s first mainstream feature was 1992’s Alien3, and he solidified his critical and popular reputation with 1995’s Seven. David is known for his dark material and frequent Brad Pitt collaborations.
