Daniela Saioni Bio
Daniela Saioni (ACTRA) got her BFA in Film Production from York University, then went on to script supervise several major motion pictures and television series in seven countries before finding her calling as a professional actress. Comedy is a major focus of her work; she has a Postgrad Diploma in Comedy Screenwriting from Humber College and has completed over a year of studies in long and short-form improv at The Second City Training Centre in Toronto. She studied Method acting with Jacqueline McClintock and renowned Master, John Strasberg. Daniela has played some memorable characters on television for ABC ( The Path to 9/11), CBS (Suburban Madness), and Showtime (Soul Food), and has had leading roles in over ten short films. Daniela makes her international feature film debut in 2007 with a supporting lead in the German indie feature Jonathan's Journey, and a cameo in the UK romantic comedy, A Previous Engagement. Daniela is a dual citizen of Canada and Italy.
