Clara C. Viola is from sunny Barcelona, Spain, where she attended a four-year Film School and graduated specializing in Directing. She came to the New York Film Academy to study Screenwriting and graduated after a year of intensive learning. She speaks Spanish, French, Catalan and English. She loves reading, writing, movies and TV shows, and some of her favorites include “Six Feet Under”, “Dexter” or “Deadwood”. She is also a fan of animation and the films of Hayao Miyazaki, a follower of filmmakers like Wes Anderson, Sophia Coppola, Wong Kar Wai, and of writers such as Haruki Murakami, Helen DeWitt, Kazuo Ishiguro or Jane Austen.
She has been writing stories since the age of seven and she keeps trying to finish all the projects she has started.
