Locked out
Cold and white
Stained hands
Lost in night
I went away, locked up inside
I went away
I went lost to the depths of soul
To the breaking heart
To the darkest hole
I carry with me my dejection
I want no more rejection
And in anticipation
The faces of a nation in desperation
Can no more break this cell
Than those I think should know me well
I flee
Inside of me
Locked out
Cold and white
Stained face
Darkened sight
