REVIEW:

Secrets are razor sharp, waiting to cut deep. No matter how far they are buried, they will never remain silent, and someone will come to dig them up. And life becomes a lie, and trust is shattered. And nothing would ever be the same again.

The red rose of innocence is cut from its stem. Petals are gently pulled away, and its heart grows cold. The flower is released, falling hard to the ground, and death floods around it. And innocence remains no more.

The serenity of one town shatters under the touch of death. Murder claims innocence. Authorities arrive on the scene, but all they find is a brutal aftermath. And the killer remains on the loose, and terror begins to reign.

As a meeting is called to silence the growing paranoia over the killer’s targets, Jody Marken stumbles into the hands of conspiracy, and the knife of the killer digs deep into her skin. But she fights to escape and falls into the arms of rescue, but after her brush with death does she find herself caught in a web of lies and murder. And the one close to her heart may cut her deep with betrayal.

And the killer is far from finished with her. As she pulls the pieces of the puzzle together does truth begin to surface, but who does she trust? And innocence rests in her hands, but does she throw it away? And could she forgive the one caught in a mad man’s game, and the knife sharpens with history, ready for its revenge? But how will this game end?

Secrets flow through a pool of blood, and innocence is sliced in half. And death glints off the readied knife, and life hangs by a thread. But in the face of truth, will madness reign, or will survival beat out the odds? And as the night screams of murder, who will be the one standing in the end, and will truth need to be buried again?

On the heels of Don’t Say A Word, The Fugitive, and Taken are we pulled deep into mystery and suspense. With twists and turns are we spun around in the arms of controversy, and as the stakes continue to rise do our hearts pound with fear and exhilaration. And the stage is set for the final act, but are we ready for the end? And the ugly truth shines deep into red, Cherry Falls, and the essence of life surrounds characters resting in the hands of tremendously talented actors. And we are breathless, held captive in the heart of an intricate, brilliant storyline.
