Bill returns to the director’s chair with his 2009 narrative short drama “PRICKS”. Reilly made his directorial debut in the 2005 short production “Simple Crimes”. With “PRICKS” Reilly found a screenplay that captivated him. “PRICKS” fostered the opportunity to work with a larger, and more diverse cast and crew, on several locations. Reilly’s committed vision for “PRICKS” was to create an environment that captured the sordid mood of the content, while bringing to life the actions a depraved character on the fringe of society. Reilly also co-produced, and was co-executive producer on “PRICKS”, a role he has revisited on more than four other productions in the past five years, including his producing debut in the micro-budget, award winning feature “Streets of Wonderland”.
Reilly is a 2004 alumnus of the Broadcasting - Television and Video Production program at Canadore College. In addition to his work in independent cinema, he is the founder of Totally Digital Video Productions, and has recently signed on with Aexian Studios, as their Media Assets Coordinator.
