The THEME of the January 2010 Film Festival was THE ATTEMPT FOR CONNECTION. Each film presented stories about characters attempting to connect with new people in their lives.Movies showcased were about a woman attempting to find her true love via internet dating in SPYFORLOVE. A man contemplating infidelity in LION ON THE PROWL. Two neighbors connecting via a murder in VIOLET IS DEAD. A man diving into his fantasy world in A CIGAR AT THE BEACH. A nighttime chase between two people in i4Ni. A car kidnapping in France in THE FARADAY'S CAGE. A May/December romance in VISIBLE FROM SPACE. And to complete the evening a 2min film showcasing 100 words for the 'V' word.
It was another mixed bag of films from all over the world with all sorts of budgets, shooting formats, genres and moods.
After 32 festival nights using the FEEDBACK session, these nights continue to be unique and different every single time. No event has ever been the same.
