2. Why did you decide to write this screenplay?
Salvaged - We saw some videotape fluttering down the highway and asked, “What if…?”
The Shoe Tree – The “Shoe Tree” actually exists, way out in the Mojave Desert. The first time we saw those shoes dangling from the branches, we knew there was a screenplay begging to be written.

Three years

Eight features, seven shorts, one reality TV show.
7. Ideally, where would you like to be in 5 years?
Teaching screenwriting and watching one of our stories up on the big screen.
8. Describe your process; do you have a set routine, method for writing?
We write as a team, generally working on 2-3 screenplays at a time. We first discuss each film, but then we alternate the writing. Whoever is in the groove with a particular screenplay writes what they can, while the other works on a different script. When we hit the wall, we swap scripts and start fresh.

Teaching.
