1. What is your screenplay about?

The relationship between a voyeuristic carpenter and the mysterious well-to-do woman he watches next door.

2. Why did you decide to write this screenplay?

I wanted to try my hand at a story that could combine a good old fashioned twist with strong characters.

3. How long have you been writing screenplays?

Five Years.

4. What film have you watched the most in your lifetime?

The French Connection.

5. What artist in the industry would you love to work with?

Sean Penn

6. Who was your hero growing up?

Four Features and Six short screenplays. 7. Ideally, where would you like to be in 5 years?

The goal has always been to eventually be making feature films of my own and have a substantial amount of tomato plants.

8. Describe your process; do you have a set routine, method for writing?

I am the worst person to ask about routine because I have none but generally I will kick around an idea in my head for months before I take one note or scribble one thought on paper. I figure the things I forget were never meant to be in the story.

9. Apart from writing, what else are you passionate about?

I could watch a spider make its web for days on end.

10. What influenced you to enter the WILDsound Script Contest?

The great feedback I had received on a previous short film I had written and directed. 11. Any advice or tips you’d like to pass on to other writers?

Seek out anything you can find from Stewart Stern.
